This is my journey. Where I came from to where I am going.
My Roots
I'm from a small quite town in southern Maine 15 minutes from the coast. It has similar people, perspectives, and everything looks the same. This led me to wanting to experience change and new thing. Later on this ended up being the catalyst for my entrepreneurial mindset.
Why RIT
I chose RIT because I wanted a diverse innovative culture to thrive in. I wanted to be challenged both academically and psychologically. I wanted to grow as a professional and as a person. I found clubs that I wanted to help grow. I started attending entrepreneurial talks and becoming more involved. Eventually I stumbled onto where I am today.

During my undergraduate degree I ended up studying abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark. This experience made me grow more as a person more than anything in my life. I am incredibly grateful to have lived in another country for 4 months while learning from meeting amazing people in the city and throughout Europe. Their connection to sustainable practices reminded me of home and their collectivistic culture was something to strive for. This experience helped me find a real passion within my industry.
Whats Next?
I want become an international marketer building brands and connecting people around the world. My next stop is Japan where I will be joining some RIT faculty to explore Japan's culture. This will be my first time in Asia and I can't wait to see how much I will grow from the experience. Wish me luck!
